I’ve been a problem solver for as long as I can remember. I’m also an empath. It pains me to see my friends and family struggle with health, relationships, and finances.
I wear a lot of pain I probably shouldn’t. But, I like helping people, and I want to help more people, more often. Oh, and going to an Ivy League school doesn’t exclude me from suffering physically, emotionally, or even financially. I’ve experienced it all. At different times and for different reasons. It’s no secret there’s a connection between personal finances, credit health, and overall health and wellbeing. It’s well documented. Financial stress consistently ranks among the top sources of anxiety and depression. Credit health is central to financial health, which is central to one’s overall health and wellbeing, and it's time we shine a brighter light on this connection and those attempting to navigate a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities.
So, it’s important I share what I’m passionate about and what drives me. I’m a husband and a dad to three teenagers (and two golden retrievers, Ember and Ash), and getting them (kids not dogs) “Credit Ready” for life’s biggest moments is a job I take seriously. I believe in honesty over profits, that sometimes better options exist outside the big banks, that if we get paid you should too and that you deserve unbiased recommendations tailored uniquely to you - that are NOT driven by compensation.
